Tyngre’s newest flavor of Clear Whey comes with a surprise muscle-building infusion

Tyngre Citron Clear Whey

Retailer and brand Tyngre in Sweden has come out with a new flavor of its clear and refreshing protein powder Clear Whey, which has a menu as extensive as some of its other, more traditional competitors in the saturated category. The taste itself is not anything special; in fact, it’s relatively common for a clear protein powder with Citron, or basically lemon, although there is a twist to this one that gives it a bit of additional functionality.

Tyngre’s new Citron Clear Whey has the supplement’s usual nutrition profile of 16g of quality protein in a 25g serving, all from whey isolate, alongside a gram of carbohydrates, practically no sugar, and less than half a gram of fat for 67 calories. Where the twist comes in is that alongside the protein is the tried and true muscle-building ingredient, creatine monohydrate, and it’s at a full daily dosage of 5g per serving, hence the 25g serving.

You can grab the new Citron flavor and the only creatine-infused variety of Tyngre Clear Whey straight from its online store at kr 229 (23.62 USD), which is cheap, but it’s for a small 350g bag of about 14 servings, or about 9 servings if you want the typical 25g of protein per shake.
