The powerhouse German supplement company ESN has turned hydration into a complete, all-day system with a family called Daily Drip. There are four products in the family, each beginning with the same foundation of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, plus ingredients for a particular time or need. Everything comes in convenient single-serving sticks, making the products easy to use at home, in the gym, or when you’re out and about.

ESN’s Daily Drip Series features Daily Drip Electrolyte Boost, which infuses vitamin B6 and carnitine; then you have Daily Drip Energy, blending B vitamins with 100mg of caffeine. Next is Strength, a performance variety, combining electrolytes with 3g of creatine, zinc, and B vitamins; and finally, Daily Drip Sleep with added valerian root, zinc, a solid 3g of glycine, and melatonin. They all have their own unique, individual flavors, including Daily Drip Hydration for Coconut Berry.

While the hybrid angle for each of ESN’s Daily Drip supplements is the standout feature of Electrolyte Boost, Energy, Strength, and Sleep, they still deliver plenty on the hydration front with as much as 1.4g of combined electrolytes per serving.
