While we do our best to cover news on as many brands as possible, there are always new and upcoming names looking to breakout in the industry and companies we have yet to come across. Today we have yet another new brand we’re going to be covering from here on out with Rule One Proteins. Despite Rule One being new here they have been around for some time and carry quite the large line up of supplements. Even though their name suggests they’re all about protein powder, like most the brand is in all the necessary categories.
In total Rule One has 11 different supplements led by the brand’s flagship formula, the whey isolate and hydrolysate R1 Protein. Other products that make up the line are mostly self explanatory with the likes of the three flavor R1 Casein, 1.5:1g carb to protein R1 Gain, and the 100% transparent R1 Pre Train. There are however some that need a few extra words such as the multi-vitamin R1 Train Daily, the high calorie gainer R1 LBS, and the amino supplement R1 Train.
