The four features making up each of Carne Diem’s servings are 1g of l-carnitine, 1g choline bitartrate, 750mg potassium-magnesium HCA, and half a gram of Russian tarragon. The rather unique list of ingredients obviously gives the product a few more effects compared to your average carnitine formula.
