Muscletech launching Nitro-Tech Whey Gold in bonus sizes

After getting bits and pieces of information on it over the past couple of weeks, Muscletech has finally released everything you need to know about its upcoming protein powder Nitro-Tech Whey Gold. Some of the details that were already confirmed include 24g of protein per serving, with less than 2g each of carbohydrates and fat. To add to that all of Whey Gold’s protein is from whey — just as its title suggests — and it has absolutely no other active ingredients outside of its protein.

Usually the excitement ends after hearing about a protein powder’s formula, however that isn’t quite the case for Muscletech’s Nitro-Tech Whey Gold. As nice and clean as the supplement sounds, things get a whole lot more interesting when you hear about the flavors and sizes it’s going to be available in. To start Whey Gold is going to have two tastes, Double Rich Chocolate and French Vanilla Creme, both coming in two tub sizes, 2.5lbs and 6lbs.

Any regular protein user will notice right away that those two Nitro-Tech Whey Gold sizes are a little heavier than normal. The reason behind that is Muscletech has decided to introduce the product in two bonus sizes. Basically Whey Gold is a traditional 2 and 5lb protein, although once it becomes available for a limited time you’ll be able to get a 25% extra 2lb and a 20% extra 5lb. From what we know the extra amounts will be free, so the 2.5 and 6lbs will be priced the same as the 2 and 5lbs will eventually be.

For a more in-depth description of Nitro-Tech Whey Gold, head to Muscletech’s website where the supplement is now listed. The protein is also still due to be released sometime next month alongside the brand’s new pre-workout VaporX5 Next Gen, and its protein bar Nitro-Tech Crunch.
