Protein Choco Fit from 4+, a delicious block of protein chocolate

Protein Choco Fit

The creative Italian company 4+ Nutrition has revealed and released a new snack today called Protein Choco Fit. The product looks incredibly delicious, however, it unfortunately falls on the not so clean side of things as soon as you take a look at its macros.

4+ Nutrition’s new Protein Choco Fit is essentially a big, solid block of chocolate filled with crunchy puffed rice pieces. It looks very similar to UPS Protein’s Chocabolic, and just like Chocabolic, Protein Choco Fit comes with a massive amount of fiber.

Each block of the candy bar like product weighs in at 150g with 45g of protein, 42g of fat, 15g of carbohydrates, only 7.5g of sugar, and a total of 685 calories. As mentioned there is a good amount of fiber in the mix, which sits at 37.5g per block.

As you can see, 4+ Nutrition’s Protein Choco Fit isn’t exactly a clean snack but could go down nicely as a small treat if you can manage to only eat a few pieces. You can already purchase the brand’s rice puff chocolate block direct from its Italian website, where it costs €8 ($9.45 USD) each.
