Myprotein also launches a sequel MyPre for the UK and Europe

MyPre 2

Earlier this week Myprotein released a teaser image for what we suspected to be some sort of new pre-workout supplement. As promised the brand has now revealed and released that mystery product, introducing MyPre 2.0, which is a slightly different formula compared to the MyPre V2 launched in the US back in July.

Myprotein has essentially put together a new and improved version of its UK and European My Series pre-workout competitor MyPre. That does of course mean it has a few differences compared to the original MyPre, and as mentioned, it’s also quite different from the four month old MyPre V2 already available in the US.

All around pre-workout

The new MyPre 2.0 still aims to be a complete pre-workout experience, featuring a variety of ingredients for a variety of effects. Much like its predecessor, the sequel MyPre packs a pretty heavy two scoop serving, weighing in at just short of 30g.

Taking care of the performance, endurance, and strength side of the pre-workout, Myprotein has included 6g of citrulline malate (2:1), 4g of creatine monohydrate, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 2g of betaine. A couple of other heavy features in the mix are the aminos leucine and glutamine, each dosed at 2g per maximum serving.

Rounding out the list of ingredients in Myprotein’s new UK and European MyPre 2.0 are its energy and focus ingredients, as well as a few others. There is a gram each of arginine AKG, carnitine, and n-acetyl l-tyrosine, 400mg of choline bitartrate, 150mg of guarana, 70mg of TeaCrine, 350mg of caffeine, Capsimax, AstraGin, and BioPerine.

Same price as original

As mentioned earlier, Myprotein has both revealed and released MyPre 2.0 today, making it available for purchase through You can get it through there now for the same price as the previous version at £24.99. The sequel pre-workout does, however, have one less serving with 30 (15 max servings) per tub instead of 31, with three flavors to choose from.
