Ghost drops details on its extremely transparent Ghost Vegan

The lifestyle supplement company Ghost, has shared everything you need to know about its upcoming vegan protein powder that is simply called Ghost Vegan. The product has been talked about and touched on several occasions in the past, although this time around we’ve got finalized details for you.

As mentioned, Ghost Vegan is a vegan protein powder that packs 20g of protein per serving from a variety of plant-based protein sources. Just like with its other protein, Ghost Whey, the brand has transparently dosed Ghost Vegan, telling you exactly how much of each source you get.

That 20g of protein per serving is in fact broken down into 12g from pea protein, 5.5g from pumpkin, and 2.5g from watermelon protein. You may also notice Ghost Vegan’s first flavor, Peanut Butter Cereal Milk, does in fact promote a total of 21g of protein per serving, not the 20g mentioned above.

The reason behind that is, Ghost Vegan’s protein sources do combine to provide a total of 20g of protein per serving. Where the extra gram comes from is, because Ghost uses peanut flour to flavor the supplement you get an extra gram of protein, exactly like in its Peanut Butter Cereal Milk Ghost Whey.

Ghost Vegan is expected to be the next big product release from the original lifestyle brand, and will pack a total of 28 servings per tub. We suspect Ghost will do as it usually does and announce the exact day and time the supplement will be available through its website, as we near its launch.
