Rocka Nutrition has come out with an all-new protein bar this week called ‘Joker’, and like a lot of newcomers to the category, it promises to be an incredibly delicious competitor. The German brand has actually printed right on the label of the snack, the words “Too good to be a protein bar”, which could prove true if its images and macros are anything to go by.
Rocka Nutrition’s Joker Protein Bar features a traditional doughy center with a thick layer of tasty caramel on top, sweet chunks of chocolate throughout the bar, and all coated in milk chocolate. The mouthwatering product packs 15g of protein per bar, 17g of carbohydrates with only 1.6g of that sugar, 6.7g of fat, for a relatively moderate calorie count of 180.
For those interested in the ingredients, the Joker Protein Bar has milk protein as its source of protein, alongside the sweeteners maltitol and sucralose, and it has no added sugar. Based on everything Rocka Nutrition is saying, its newest protein snack sounds like quite the treat, and the protein isn’t too high, which in our experience almost always leads to a better tasting bar.
Rocka Nutrition’s Joker Protein Bar comes in boxes of 18 bars and directly through the brand’s website, it is now available at €31.99 (34.62 USD).
