The keto-friendly functional brand Kiss My Keto, has come out with another creative product this week that we’ve seen a fair amount of in Europe, but not so much in the US. Kiss My Keto’s latest creation is Keto Noodles, which are indeed noodles that have keto-friendly macros while still intending to provide the taste, texture, and functionality of traditional noodles.
Keto Noodles from Kiss My Keto come with an absolutely incredible nutrition profile. A moderate 100g serving has zero fat, zero protein, no sugar, and just 3g of carbohydrates for a total of five calories. Like other low-carb noodles we’ve seen, Kiss My Keto’s product is plant-based and made using konjac flour, with three varieties available in Spaghetti, Angel-Hair, and Fettuccine.
