Rule One almost triples the amount of ingredients for its new R1 Pump

Rule One Proteins has released its reformulated and returning pump pre-workout R1 Pump that first hit the market back in 2017. The original was a fairly simple supplement featuring just three ingredients to enhance pumps in citrulline, arginine, and Hydromax. The all-new version takes things up a notch with a lot more ingredients, although still aiming to improve muscle pumps.

The new Rule One Proteins R1 Pump has carried over citrulline from the original but at twice the amount with 3g per serve instead of 1.5g. Alongside that are six other ingredients to deliver better pumps with a gram of Nitrosigine, 200mg each of pine bark and norvaline, 50mg of S7, 250mg of grape extract, and 2g of taurine. The brand has also thrown in 50mg of AstraGin to help with absorption.

As you’d expect with the more complete and comprehensive formula, the refreshed R1 Pump is a bit more expensive than Rule One Proteins’ much simpler original. Directly through the brand’s website, the supplement is about twice the price at $36.99 for a tub of 30 full servings. R1 Pump has three flavors to choose from with Blue Razz Lemonade, Black Cherry Limeade, and Unflavored.
