Caramel and pretzel-filled flavor launches for Enlightened’s ice cream

caramel fudge pretzel enlightened ice cream

The frozen functional food company Enlightened, which now offers a lot more than low-calorie ice cream with keto-friendly cookie dough bites and cheesecake, has a new flavor this week for its original ice cream. Fans of the delicious and creative brand will already know Enlightened’s signature treat has plenty of options on its menu, although there is always room for more.

The name of Enlightened’s latest low-calorie ice cream creation is Caramel Fudge Pretzel, and that is exactly what it features. It is vanilla-flavored ice cream with pretzels covered in fudge scattered all throughout and a swirl of sweet and salty caramel. A full pint of the product packs 20g of protein, a hefty 81g of carbohydrates with 34g of that sugar, 10g of fat, and 400 calories.

Enlightened says its mouthwatering Caramel Fudge Pretzel ice cream is rolling out to stores now and will be in major retailers such as Walmart, Safeway, and Vons. You can also purchase it directly from the brand’s website at $8 a pint or $7 each for a case of eight, both available with free shipping.
