Salted Caramel gives CNP’s protein-packed flapjack its first new flavor since launch

Protein Flapjack from the legacy sports nutrition brand CNP in the UK is precisely what it’s called: a traditional oat-based flapjack that is also high in protein, although still higher in carbohydrates being that it’s flapjack, and is essentially a giant slab of oats. The nutrition profile on the product, or at least its decadent Chocolate flavor, is 18.7g of protein, an almost double 34g of carbohydrates, just under 4g of that is sugar, and 8.3g of fat, for a fair — considering the format — calorie count of 264.

It was about four years ago that the UK’s CNP relaunched the current evolution of its Protein Flapjack, and it did so in four flavors with Chocolate, Cherry Almond, Lemon Meringue, and a popular two-part taste in the brand’s local market with Chocolate Orange.
