Puffed Rice Bar makes it two rice-based better-for-you foods for Life Pro in Spain

Life Pro Puffed Rice Bar

Life Pro Nutrition just dropped its Brown Rice Protein Chips, a self-explanatory functional food that is exactly what it’s named, in a bag of crunchy chips that are made with brown rice. The goal of that item is to simply offer a better-for-you alternative to chips, as there isn’t a lot of protein in the product at 5g, but a low level of sugar at 1.4g in a sizeable 60g bag. The brand does have another item hitting the market that’s along the same lines, as it describes itself in its title with the Puffed Rice Bar.

The other innovation recently released by Life Pro Nutrition is indeed a sizeable bar product made with puffed rice, and this is also a better-for-you type food, built to be a low-sugar and significantly better-calorie snack bar for whenever you need something like that. The Life Pro Puffed Rice Bar is made with milk or dark chocolate; it depends on the flavor — Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate — and puffed brown rice, and the overall weight is incredibly light, resulting in a big body but not a lot of calories.

Life Pro Nutrition has managed to keep the Puffed Rice Bar to 9g of carbohydrates, 1.7g or less of that sugar, 3 to 4g of fat, 1.5g of protein, and a calorie count that lands a fair way under the triple digits at 79 to 81. The macros on this are right in line with what you’d want as a better-for-you snack, giving you plenty to eat with no over-the-top nutrition, and it’s available straight from the brand’s online store at €1.49 (1.62 USD) for a single bar in either of those aforementioned flavors, Milk or Dark Chocolate.
