Magnum follows its standout pre-workout with an entry into the increasingly competitive hydration space

One of the fastest growing categories in sports nutrition at the moment is hydration, as we’ve seen a mountain of brands from the sports industry, as well as other areas of supplements, come out with products specifically designed to support hydration, performance, and recovery. The recently revamped Canadian powerhouse Magnum, fresh off the launch of the best pre-workout it’s ever brought to market, has gone that route and released its hydration competitor Refresh.

Magnum Refresh doesn’t get too complicated in formula, featuring a blend of essential electrolytes in an effort to support and improve hydration and performance. The dose of combined electrolytes falls a little under the 1,000mg mark in a single serving sachet at 870mg, broken down into 200mg of potassium, 170m of magnesium, and half a gram of sodium. There are some b vitamins in the supplement as well, but the goal of Refresh is primarily hydration, driven by the electrolytes.

In typical fashion of a hydration product, as mentioned, Magnum Refresh packages each of its servings into stick packs for fans and followers to rip, pour, and enjoy on the move, and there are three flavors to choose from in Kiwi Lime, Double Mango, and Watermelon. Like all new releases from Magnum, you can get its entry into the increasingly competitive hydration category directly from its online store at magnumsupps.com, where a bag will cost you $24.99 for a total of 15 servings.
