Ghost Size is our go-to creatine supplement, and while it does cost a little more than your typical standalone offering, like a bulk unflavored creatine powder, the benefits and results are more than worth it. To further ramp up muscle building, recovery, and performance, every serving has 5g of quality CreaPure creatine monohydrate, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine, 200mg epicatechin, 50mg of the powerhouse Senactiv, and 50mg of AstraGin to improve absorption and efficacy of the formula.
It was about three years ago that Ghost last updated Ghost Size, making a few tweaks and changes for the better, further cementing the supplement’s position as the best complex creatine on the market. With everything the original lifestyle brand has already done this year, you may not think it had much more coming, but it does, and one of those items is a sequel to Ghost Size. The product will be the third iteration of the creatine-based muscle builder, and it promises to take things up a notch yet again.
The current Ghost Size, as mentioned, is a stacked muscle builder, and it’ll be interesting to see what else is tweaked or added to make the supplement better. We just saw the brand double its dose of Senactiv in the pre-workout Ghost Legend V4, which could be done for Ghost Size V3. Other recovery support components would be a good fit, like tart cherry or colostrum, although we are getting a good dose of that in Ghost Sleep. We’ll have to wait and see to find out everything that’s in the creatine supplement sequel, and being our favorite creatine on the market, we are tremendously excited about it.
