Joining the family in the United Kingdom this week is Sparkling Protein Water, which, if you’re at all familiar with clear protein powders, is essentially another name for that type of supplement. Sparkling Protein Water from Applied Nutrition has a moderate 10g of protein per can, although it is worth noting this is not from any form of whey, as you get with most clear-style protein powders. The international brand makes its latest innovation with bovine collagen peptides. It is basically a collagen drink, and that type of ingredient does provide protein, hence the 10g a can.
