C4-branded protein powder packs 25g of protein a serving in delicious authentic flavors

Cellucor C4 Whey Protein

Cellucor previewed the first-ever C4-branded protein powder last month; not the first time we’ve seen a protein supplement from the house of Cellucor, but again, we’ve not seen the pre-workout brand C4 branched out into protein. C4 Whey Protein is the name of the product, and it is now officially available over at GNC in two tub sizes, both traditional in a 2lber with 28 servings and a more than double-sized 5lb with 66 servings, and there are three delicious flavors to choose from.

The menu of Cellucor’s C4 Whey Protein is made up of two promising authentic collaborations in a decadent Hershey’s Milk Chocolate and an iconic Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate. The third taste fans have to choose from is not in partnership with anyone and is one of the most common options available for protein powder in Vanilla Bean. No matter which flavor you go with, they all sit at the same price, collaboration or not, with GNC selling the 2lb at $44.99 and the 5lb at $82.99.

The ingredients and nutrition profile behind Cellucor’s C4-branded protein powder are clean and to the point, relying on whey to provide the protein and sucralose as the primary sweetener. The macros start with 25g of protein from a blend of concentrate and isolate, the latter the less of the two, alongside 2 to 4g of carbohydrates, 1 to 2g of that sugar, 2g of fat, and 130 to 140 calories. Clearly those numbers don’t vary much, but it is the collaborations that have the higher carbs and calories.
