Raw Nutrition and Chris Bumstead’s Bum Energy drink has been rather impressive this year, dropping all sorts of flavors, including the interesting Champion Mentality; it moved to the more traditional slim 12oz can; and it won our Clash Of The Cans competition. The army of flavor extensions has been the most interesting as they’ve been consistent across the year, where the team has revealed then released one after another, and in some cases, we got sneak peeks or teasers before the full unveiling.
Bum Energy is at it again in the last couple of months of the year, sharing a preview of one of the next new tastes coming to its menu, and similar to Champion Mentality, it’s an intriguing one. The company has decided to call the extension Dr Bum, and you can probably figure out what this is looking to imitate or compare itself to. The upcoming Dr Bum, Bum Energy drink is targetting fans of the classic Dr Pepper soda, hence the name, which is not something you commonly see energy drinks aim for.
The crew at Raw Nutrition and Bum Energy are planning to launch this one shortly, and it will undoubtedly be another big hit, as the beverage has managed to tackle many other tastes not completely common in the space and find great success, like Blue Snow Cone and Root Beer.
