Caramel & Peanut and Chocolate & Almond double the menu of GAAM’s Soft Protein Bar

Caramel Peanut Gaam Protein Bar

Back in the middle of 2023, house brand GAAM Nutrition from the Swedish retailer Proteinbolaget took a page out of Barebells’ book and made a lighter and smoother Soft Protein Bar. The product came to the market in two delicious options, both incredibly soft with gooey layers of flavor and covered in chocolate with Toffee and Brownie. Almost a year and a half later, the brand is adding to the menu of the functional food with some more complex tastes that involve more than a single taste, at least in their titles.

Expanding from Toffee and Brownie here at the beginning of 2025 for GAAM Nutrition’s Soft Protein Bar is the classic blend of sweet and smooth in Caramel & Peanut, and one more rich, nut combination in Chocolate & Almond. They come with the traditional 20g of protein per piece, a bit less than that in carbohydrates, 2.5g or less of sugar, 10g of fat, and less than 200 calories. They both look and sound delicious, and will be appreciated by fans, as this is the first time GAAM has added to the product’s.

Being that GAAM Nutrition is a house brand of Proteinbolaget, the first and best place to go to get your hands on either or both the Caramel & Peanut and Chocolate & Almond Soft Protein Bars is the retailer’s online store, where you can purchase the snack and its extension individually, packs of three, or in boxes of 12.
