Max Effort swiftly adds a third flavor to its protein creatine bar and it’s filled with sprinkles

Max Effort Birthday Cake Muscle Bar

Max Effort Muscle did something quite interesting with its first-ever functional food, the Muscle Bar. The brand packs in the traditional 20g of protein alongside 25g of nutritious carbohydrates, with a reasonable 250 calories, and to truly make it something different, there is a full 5g dosage of creatine monohydrate for muscle strength and size. This isn’t the first creatine-infused protein bar we’ve seen, but there aren’t many out there, and the concept is still incredibly interesting.

The Muscle Bar recently launched in two flavors, both decadent and delicious: Peanut Butter Blast, offering an all-out peanut butter experience, and the other one is the campfire treat, S’mores. Despite that product only being on the market for a very short period of time, it has already landed another flavor in the classic Birthday Cake filled with rainbow sprinkles. It was a quick extension, one that has us thinking it was already well under before the original launch; either way, you can now grab Max Effort’s Birthday Cake Muscle Bar directly at $45.99 for a box of 12 pieces.
