Max Effort Muscle previews its first-ever protein snack and it comes with a full hit of creatine

Max Effort Previws Muscle Bar

It has been a while since we’ve seen anything completely new from the crew at Max Effort Muscle; its last innovation came about eight or nine months ago in the cost-effective whey concentrate-based protein powder, Whey Protein. The long-running and reliable brand has got something exciting for fans just around the corner, in a type of product it has yet to do. Max Effort has shared a sneak peek at its first-ever functional food in a rather complex snack called the Muscle Bar.

Max Effort Muscle’s upcoming Muscle Bar will be high in protein, packing the usual 20g of protein per piece, and alongside that will be an almost equal 25g of carbohydrates. That is a rather fair balance of protein-to-carbohydrates, and the calories also come out at a reasonable amount of 250 in its debut Peanut Butter Blast flavor. What makes this one so different is that the brand has also squeezed in a full 5g dosage of the muscle and strength-building creatine monohydrate.

Creatine has found its way into functional foods and protein snacks before, in fact, just a few months ago, Warrior in the UK made a product with that purpose in the Creatine + Protein Bar. That being said, it is still extremely rare, and more impressive in Max Effort Muscle’s case, as the Muscle Bar will be its first ever foray into the snacking space. With a name like it has, it’s no surprise the brand squeezed a little something extra into it
