Barebells is preparing to drop another flavor of its latest functional innovation, the Chewy Protein Bar, and it’s centered around Summer. The upcoming product has yet to be officially named, but early previews and teaser imagery point toward a sweet mango taste. It’s the shots of the actual bar that have us thinking it’s for the Chewy Bar, definitely neither of its other competitors, the signature Barebells Protein Bar and Soft Protein Bar.
The Chewy Protein Bar delivers a distinctly different experience from anything else in the Barebells family, featuring a soft, spongy texture with a smooth bite that resembles classic Swedish foam candy. Each bar has a modest 10g of protein and around 140 calories, making it a quick treat rather than a dense protein snack. The potential mango extension will be the first addition to the Chewy Bar since it became permanent a couple of months ago.
