Smart Dreams is a little shorter when it comes to variety of ingredients and infuses a bit of focus. The ingredients filling out Chaos and Pain’s Smart Dreams formula include half a gram of GABA, 150mg of theanine, 150mg of 5-HTP, a hefty 2g of the calming and focusing mushroom extract, and lastly melatonin. The last entry in that list is a big one, as if you’re a fan of melatonin, you’ll need to be a big one as the full serving has a huge 10mg of the classic sleep component, five times what you get in Cannibal Coma.
Chaos and Pain has given Smart Dreams a four capsule serving, so there is room to scale down, but less melatonin will mean less of the other ingredients which are at more common or moderate amounts.
