Attack is to the German brand Body Attack as what C4 is to Cellucor, Nitrosurge to Jacked Factory, and Superhuman to Alpha Lion. It’s the name of the company’s signature pre-workout, and the original version of the supplement has evolved to its iteration of Attack 3.1. Body Attack has a few other offerings that utilize the Attack name, including the compact, pocket-sized Attack Shot, and starting this week, there is also the Attack XTR Shot.
Body Attack’s Attack XTR Shot is an extra version of the regular Attack Shot, although it’s not extra in the area you’d expect. Typically, when you get something involved energy and stimulants, a hardcore alternative almost always pumps up the caffeine for more energy. Attack XTR Shot doesn’t actually do that; instead, it keeps everything pretty much the same, but it adds components and increases dosages for more muscle pumps.
Most of the regular Attack Shot is in XTR Shot, plus 2g more citrulline at 5g per bottle, drastically more glycerol at 4g instead of half a gram, 3g of arginine AKG, and for a bit of extra focus, 1.22g of choline bitartrate. The caffeine remains at 200mg for a moderate hit of energy, so if you like the sound of extra pumps with the same energy, performance, and a touch more focus, Body Attack fans can now pay half a €1 more for the Attack XTR Shot.
