Body Attack makes a lighter and very likely better tasting protein cookie

Body Attack Lighter Protein Cookie

Major German brand Body Attack has launched a whole new protein cookie, separate from its large 75g protein-packed cookie and its more delicious box of crumbly Low Sugar Cookies. The latest from the company is still called Protein Cookie, like the 75g one, although this one is 20% lighter and it has a lower protein percentage. While that does result in a higher protein-to-calorie ratio, it also suggests the eating experience will be much better.

Body Attack’s newer Protein Cookie tips the scales at 60g each and comes with 15g of protein, primarily from quality milk protein and wheat protein. The carbohydrates come in at 26.5g with practically none of that sugar at only 1.8g, just under 11g of fat, and a sizeable 250 calories. Again, you’re liking sacrificing balance for taste in this one, as that bigger 75g Protein Cookie has more than twice the protein at 31.2g and only 50 calories more.

Body Attack has debuted its smaller, soft-baked Protein Cookie in two flavors in a sweet and smooth Salted Peanut and the decadent Double Chocolate. The nutrition is pretty much the same on both, as well as the delicious, crumbly cookie-like consistency. You can snatch up the snack and its 15g of protein per piece from Body Attack’s website individually at €2.99 (3.47 USD) or if you grab a box of 12, the cost drops to €2.69 (3.12 USD) each.
