Markus Ruhl’s brand blends whey and egg for yet another entry in the protein powder space

Ruhls Beste Whey And Egg Protein

Markus Ruhl’s brand Rühls Bestes is a hugely popular sports nutrition company in his home country of Germany, and rightfully so, as it has one of the traditionally large selections of supplements in Europe. Included in that catalog is a strong variety of protein powders, including Egg Isolate, Whey Isolate, and the clear protein HyClear. Joining that family this month is a blend of two types Rühls’ was already using in whey concentrate and egg protein.

The name of the innovation is Whey & Egg Protein Concentrate 82, and it gets that from the fact that its two major sources make up 82% of the serving. That results in a protein yield of 24g of protein in a standard 30g serving, again, from high-quality whey and egg concentrate. The rest of the nutrition profile is nice and lean, at around a gram of carbohydrates, most of that sugar, a gram or less of fat, and about 110 calories, depending on the flavor.

Markus Ruhl and Rühls Bestes do not disappoint fans on flavor, launching yet another protein powder with seven tastes to choose from. The menu includes the traditional Milk Chocolate and Vanilla, and a host of uncommon options in Eggnog Vanilla, Lemon Cake, Pistachio, Cookie Dough, and Snickerdoodle. You can grab Rühls new Whey & Egg Protein Concentrate 82 direct in bulk bags of one kilogram at a reasonable €24.25 (28.23 USD).
