FroPro recently promised the launch of ten new products, the first of which came in the last couple of weeks with two new flavors of its loaded Protein Burrito and the all-new functional innovation, Protein Dumplings. The excitement continues this week down under in Australia, as the growing brand has brought back a previously discontinued item in an original option, as well as a fresh new taste experience.
It is FroPro’s Protein Cheesecake that is back in action, after previously hitting the market in Caramelized Biscuit and Blueberry flavors. The taste that has been carried over from that original menu is Caramelized Biscuit with a crumbly biscuit base and a velvety cheesecake topped with caramelized biscuit crumbles. The all-new option is Lemon with a citrus-flavored cheesecake, and they’re both high in protein.
The nutrition profile of the returning Protein Cheesecake from FroPro packs 17 to 20g of protein per slice, 12 to 14g of fat, 19g of carbohydrates in the Caramelized Biscuit flavor, and 29g in Lemon, and calories of 277 to 314. They’re not protein shake or protein bar macros, but they’re damn good considering we’re talking about cake. Consumers can get their hands on both options starting this month in two-slice packs from Woolworths supermarkets.
