Core improves its cotton candy-flavored clear protein and downsizes it to 1.1lb bags

New And Improved Core Iso Clear

Core Nutritionals has pumped out a refreshed version of its clear protein powder ISO Clear, featuring several upgrades across flavor, texture, and convenience. The product now offers smoother mixing, reduced foaming, and improved taste, all packed in a new and smaller, travel-ready pouch. The product still relies on premium whey isolate to provide its protein, but the serving has been scaled down in size to provide 20g per serving, not 24g.

The revamped Core ISO Clear is a bit more calorie-dense due to its marginally higher level of carbohydrates at 2g, whereas the original had just a gram alongside that 24g of protein. The reformulation sticks with the same, authentic flavor collaborations put together in partnership with Fun Sweets in an identical menu consisting of Blue Raspberry, Cherry Berry, and Orange Cream Cotton Candy; again the same as the original.

Like other types of protein powder, there are areas most brands can improve when it comes to clear protein powder, and clearly, Core Nutritionals had a few it felt could be better in its first-ever entry into the subcategory. Again, the new version comes in a smaller 1.1lb bag instead of the original’s 2lb tub, but the price isn’t that much lower at $49.99, although to celebrate the brand has some deals, including free creatine with two bags.
