Denmark’s Protein Kitchen debuts clean and nutritious instant oatmeal

The Protein Kitchen Protein Oatmeal

The Protein Kitchen in Denmark is home to a bunch of quick and convenient nutrition products, almost all made entirely out of real food, like its protein-loaded Curry Chicken Bowl, Chia Porridge Pots, and Italian Pasta. The brand dug into the more familiar protein bar category a few years ago, which now has several flavors to choose from, although its latest digs back into its roots with Protein Oatmeal.

Instant Protein Oatmeal from The Protein Kitchen is very simply a pot of oatmeal made with oats, almond flakes, date powder, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and various flavoring ingredients. Altogether, you get a pretty balanced nutrition profile with between 8 and 9g of protein, around 27g of carbohydrates, just over 10g of that sugar, similar fat in the area of 11g, and a calorie count of 260.

The idea is you can just throw in some boiling water or get ready early by filling it with water, putting it in the refrigerator overnight, and enjoying the mushy classic of overnight oats. Either way you go, it’s a clean and nutritious solution for on-the-go, and it is hitting the market in two traditional flavors. Perfectly suited for the breast window is Apple & Cinnamon, then for a sweeter experience, Apple & Raspberry.
