Altogether, you get a pretty balanced nutrition profile with between 8 and 9g of protein, around 27g of carbohydrates, just over 10g of that sugar, similar fat in the area of 11g, and a calorie count of 260.
The idea is you can just throw in some boiling water or get ready early by filling it with water, putting it in the refrigerator overnight, and enjoying the mushy classic of overnight oats. Either way you go, it’s a clean and nutritious solution for on-the-go, and it is hitting the market in two traditional flavors.
