Isopure’s latest protein beverage has an unflavored option that tastes like water

Isopure True Protein Water

The legacy sports protein company Isopure — the longest-running competitor in the world of clear protein — recently came out with a whole new beverage at Costco. The product is Protein Water, which is a large 20oz bottle that keeps the protein on the lighter side of things at 16g and just 60 calories. The refreshing and impressively lean ready-to-drink protein debuted in the one Mixed Berry flavor, but there appears to be another that’s even more interesting.

Images have surfaced of an Isopure Protein Water that doesn’t have any flavor to it, so a genuine Protein Water. The quality whey isolate is still there, providing 15g of protein per bottle and zero sugar; there’s just no taste. As far as we know, this is an industry first with a ready-to-drink protein supplement that is completely unflavored, designed to mimic the refreshing taste of water, and with its 20oz volume, we imagine it’s a very seamless, on-point experience.

We’re not sure when and where the genuine Isopure Protein Water is going to be available, as again, we’ve only seen the Mixed Berry flavor roll out at Costco warehouses. This sort of innovation would absolutely go off anywhere and even has reason to be placed next to bottled water more than protein shakes. If Isopure can pull it off and actually make this feel like you’re drinking a chilled bottle of water, we can see it finding success in many different places.
