Real Good Foods packs 20g of protein into its chicken meatballs and just 2g of carbs

Real Good Foods Chicken Meatballs

Last month, the innovative Real Good Foods announced that it would be moving all of its products to recipes completely free of industrial seed oils, starting with its delicious, lightly breaded, protein-packed chicken nuggets. It’s a big move by the brand, especially since it’s planning to take it across the entire line, and it’s also maintained that approach in its completely new line of lean and low-carbohydrate chicken-based meatballs.

Real Good Foods’ all-new Chicken Meatballs are exactly what they sound like: large bags of meatballs made from chicken, and they bring with them the brand’s signature protein-heavy, low-carbohydrate macros. In the Homestyle flavor of the tasty-looking food, you get 20g of protein in a serving of about six meatballs, just 2g of that carbohydrates, not net carbs, total carbs, all of that sugar, a light 2.5g of fat, and 120 calories.

The product is made with high-quality chicken breast, no seed oils as promised, parmesan cheese, and whey protein. It’s all rolled together for a delicious, better-for-you meatball alternative, and there are three other varieties in Italian Style, a sweet Pineapple Teriyaki, and the kid-sized Little Chicken Meatballs. The product family is rolling out to HEB locations later this month in 20oz bags that have plenty of meals in store for you.
