Clean Nutrition updates its pre-workout for the third time in two years

Clean Nutrition Xtreme Workout

Clean Nutrition’s signature pre-workout, De Beuker, has seen an impressive number of updates in the last couple of years, the most recent one was about ten months ago, when the supplement went from version three to four. This month, the Dutch brand is making the same leap again, introducing Xtreme Workout, which is essentially De Beuker V5, another step up from the one before, and still built for energy, focus, pumps, and performance.

For its particular part of the world, Clean Nutrition does a pretty good job at packing out the profile of its De Beuker pre-workout, or again, this time around, the name has completely changed to Xtreme Workout. You get all of the usual suspects providing the benefits in the supplements by way of citrulline and betaine for pumps at rather specific 6.555g and 1.555g, respectively.

For performance, there are beta-alanine and taurine, also at rather precise amounts of 5.555g and 555mg, respectively. Lastly, taking care of the energy focus, you get a few B vitamins, a huge 5.555g of tyrosine, and 277.5mg of caffeine. As you can see, Clean Nutrition and Xtreme Workout have played heavily into the number five, with the only exception being the caffeine, which is half of 555mg, but we’re pretty sure this is not meant to be double scooped.

If you’d like to give Clean Nutrition’s latest, greatest, and five-focused pre-workout a try, you can pick it up from its online store. The cost is similar to the supplements that came before Xtreme Workou,t, De Beuker V3 and V4, at €44.99 (52.21 USD) for a tub of 20 maximum servings, another indication that it isn’t meant to be doubled. As for flavors, there isn’t a variety with only one on the menu in a sweet Strawberry.
