One of the longer-running supplements in the house brand from Vince’s Muscle Shop, the iconic sports nutrition retailer in Columbus, Ohio, is Old Man’s Tune-Up. It is a testosterone booster at its core that has developed over the years to become a much more comprehensive muscle-building and performance solution. The product is once again getting a few changes this month, a tune-up, no pun intended, that still keep to its original goals.
The 2025 edition of Vince’s Muscle Shop’s Old Man’s Tune-Up has mostly kept everything the same, including its 3g of d-aspartic acid and 400mg of the incredibly reliable and proven KSM-66 Ashwagandha. The tweaks the retailer and brand has made include a shift to pure citrulline at three times the amount, the loss of the performance enhancer elevATP, added carnitine tartrate, and a switch to creatine HCl from classic creatine monohydrate.

The core testosterone-boosting ingredients in Old Man’s Tune-Up have remained like DHEA, DAA, KSM-66, boron, and DIM, so fans can expect little change in that department. It’s more of the pump and performance side of the product that’s moved around, almost refined. Vince’s Muscle Shop has indeed made the supplement that little bit better than the last version, and fans can buy the new formula at $53 for a tub of 30 Fruit Punch servings.
