Ghost gets innovative in the gainer space with a premium formula and clear-style flavoring

Ghost Gains

Ghost broke into the subcategory of clear protein powder earlier this year with three fruity flavors in Orange Cream, Strawberry Watermelon, and Blue Raspberry. This came after the limited edition clear protein the brand did last year, with its ambassador Sydney Cummings featuring a Summertime Peach flavor. Ghost is about to expand its presence in clear protein with a whole new formula in the refreshing Ghost Gains.

Similar to its already available Clear Whey Protein, Ghost Gains is a protein-powered supplement, although instead of the traditional milkshake-like taste, it’s light, crisp, and refreshing in only fruit-themed flavors. What separates the all-new Gains is that it has a premium source of carbohydrates in addition to the protein, making for a quality lean gainer.

Ghost Gains

The nutrition profile on Ghost’s latest innovation comes with 40g of protein in a full two-scoop serving, all from fast-absorbing whey isolate, and 70g of carbohydrates provided by the patented and rapid-absorbing Vitargo, made from high molecular weight amylopectin starch. As for the fat, that sits at zero and the calories are right on what you want from a lean gainer at 440, which makes it possible to scale even further to like a triple serving of 60g of protein, 105g of clean carbs, and 660 calories.

The formula is always great when it comes to Ghost, and that remains true in Ghost Gains, its first gainer-style supplement, and it has truly added something special with the clear style flavoring. The product’s three flavors are the same as Ghost Clear Whey started with in Orange Cream, Strawberry Watermelon, and Blue Raspberry. The lean gainer is hitting the brand’s website at the end of this week, alongside its Black Friday sale.
