No matter which way you go, the product is exactly the same, where both the Man Shake and Lady Shake Creatine come with 100 servings of the traditional creatine monohydrate. It is fully dosed too, with each of those 100 servings having 5,000mg of creatine to be taken daily.
The Man Shake nicely sells both of its standalone creatine products for the same price as the other at $39.95 (25.96 USD), again for a large 500g pouch, working out to 100 servings.
