Australia’s Man Shake launches a bulk half-kilogram creatine for its core and Lady lines

Man Shake Creatine

The Man Shake, known for its signature, balanced, vitamin-reinforced, and self-titled meal replacement, now has a whole lot more products for fans to choose from. It dabbles in pre-workout, hydration, kids’ nutrition, and starting this week, creatine. The classic muscle-building ingredient has gone through some massive growth over the last year, no pun intended, and here in November, The Man Shake is moving into that part of the industry.

Now available in Australia are The Man Shake Creatine and The Lady Shake Creatine, the latter being the health and nutrition company’s line of supplements for women. No matter which way you go, the product is exactly the same, where both the Man Shake and Lady Shake Creatine come with 100 servings of the traditional creatine monohydrate. It is fully dosed too, with each of those 100 servings having 5,000mg of creatine to be taken daily.

The Man Shake nicely sells both of its standalone creatine products for the same price as the other at $39.95 (25.96 USD), again for a large 500g pouch, working out to 100 servings. To make the supplement even easier to use, it is completely unflavored, for mixing into your go-to pre-workout or post-workout protein shake.
