When Ghost got together with General Mills to produce and distribute its light and crunchy protein-packed cereal, the writing was on the wall that we’d eventually get some authentic flavor collaborations from within the General Mills catalog. We got precisely that earlier this year with the delicious Count Chocula flavor of Ghost Whey Protein Powder and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor of Ghost Protein Cereal.
On Monday of next week, Ghost is launching another one of those General Mills partnerships, although it will be somewhat familiar to fans. The product is an official Lucky Charms Ghost Protein Cereal, which is replacing the already available Marshmallow flavor of the same product. The base taste is the same; however, this one is loaded with sweet and crunchy Lucky Charms cereal pieces in all eight of its different shapes.
The nutrition profile of the new Lucky Charms Ghost Protein Cereal is exactly the same as the original, where a 41g serving packs 17g of protein, primarily from milk concentrate and caseinate, 16g of carbohydrates, 10g of that sugar, all added sugar, 5g of fat, and 170 calories. It is going live on Ghost’s website this coming Monday, then it’ll get a more extensive retailer rollout in the first month of the New Year.
