The upcoming Chocolate Chip Cookies Ghost Whey comes with 25g of quality and complete protein per serving, transparently breaking down to 12.5g of protein from whey isolate, 10g from whey concentrate, and 2.5g of hydrolyzed whey. The carbohydrates sit at 6g, which is about right when you have added inclusions like delicious pieces of cookies here in Chocolate Chip Cookies, with 3g of those carbs being sugar, 2.5g of fat, and 150 calories.
