Near the end of last year, the clear protein powder specialist SEEQ found its way into the major membership retailer Costco, specifically its official online store, with a large 35-serving tub of its signature Clear Protein. That is a whole lot more than the number of servings you get in the standard size of the brand’s clear-style protein powder at 22, and the price when buying from costco.com was far more cost-effective too, at $54.99.
As mentioned, SEEQ’s Costco-exclusive Clear Protein was initially only available through the company’s website, but this week, there is a change to those conditions. The hard-working brand has got its much larger product into one of Costco’s many actual stores, South Desert Color Parkway, St. George, to be exact. It’s an opportunity for SEEQ to prove itself, and if it proves successful, it could open doors for other locations.
To add to the excitement of being able to get SEEQ’s 35-serving Clear Protein in person at Costco, it is a fair amount cheaper, too. Again, the cost online initially was $54.99; however, through a physical store, you’ll only pay $48.99, a difference of about 10%. The savings are even more drastic compared to the 22-serving from seeqsupply.com, which the in-store Costco product is 43% cheaper, but still only the one Strawberry Lemonade flavor.
