Joyfuel recreates Lemon Meringue Tart for its creamy-filled protein bar

Joyfuel Lemon Meringue Tart

French protein bar specialist Joyfuel has a new flavor out this month for its flagship protein snack, the Joyfuel Protein Bar, featuring a doughy main body, delicious coating, and a thick flavorful filling. The brand has some absolutely mouthwatering options already on the market, including Salted Caramel, White Chocolate Cookies & Cream, and the decadent Double Chocolate. The latest takes a more fruity turn while still staying within the realm of sweet treats.

Joyfuel has taken the concept of Lemon Meringue Tart and applied it to its protein bar, bringing together lemon zest and a smooth, tangy lemon cream. The nutrition is on par with the other tasty options of the product at 17g of protein per piece, an equal 17g of carbohydrates, just 1.7g of sugar, 8.5g of fat, and under the 200-calorie mark at 192. Lemon Meringue Tart is being shown off at Joyfuel’s booth at FIBO this weekend, with availability also now live on its website.
