Knox expands the menu of the sugarless version of its signature sports drink

Red Grape Sugar Free Knox

Knox entered the hydration category as more than a straightforward electrolyte drink, combining key minerals with vitamins, taurine, BCAAs, and a sizeable 20g of carbohydrates in every 500ml can. Around a year ago, the Dricus du Plessis-backed brand introduced a better-for-you alternative in the Sugar-Free Knox Hydrate, maintaining the functional hydration focus while removing the hefty sugar load and significantly reducing calories.

The sugarless Knox Hydrate debuted in Peach, Strawberry Watermelon, and Blue Raspberry flavors, a menu that has just grown with a taste that is not available for the regular version. Now available in the brand’s home country of South Africa is Red Grape for a familiar sweet and juicy grape taste while keeping the recipe to zero sugar and almost no calories. It also shows that the better-for-you variety is finding success, at least enough to be expanded upon.
