Beyond Raw has spent the better part of the last year refreshing its Lit family, rolling out upgraded V2 versions of Lit, Lit AF, and even its ready-to-drink Lit On-The-Go. Somewhere along the way, however, another spin-off quietly surfaced that many fans may have missed entirely. The supplement is called Lit Origin, and interestingly, you won’t find it listed alongside the rest of the line on GNC’s website despite carrying that signature Lit name.
Lit Origin is essentially Beyond Raw’s stripped-down and more affordable member of the family, delivering a formula that looks remarkably close to the original Lit. You get 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance, 1.5g of creatine monohydrate for strength and power, 3g of citrulline for pumps, and 250mg of caffeine for energy. The biggest changes compared to that first Lit is that you get straight arginine in place of Nitrosigine and alpha-gpc for focus instead of NeuroFactor, while elevATP remains in the mix for performance support.

For a brand that typically leans toward premium formulas and trademarked ingredients, Lit Origin comes across as a straightforward and budget-friendly option. It still covers the core pillars of energy, focus, pumps, and performance, just with a simpler ingredient selection and a lower cost of entry. While Beyond Raw’s Lit AF V2 is $54.99 and Lit V2 is $44.99, the basic Lit Origin is $29.99 for a tub of 30 servings, available in big box retailers like Walmart and Sam’s Club.
