Gorilla does a much better job in its protein, sticking to the basics for a reliable product

Gorilla Ultimate Whey Protein

We have been slowly covering the all-new set of supplements from the energy drink specialist Gorilla Energy, available in the likes of Russia, India, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan. The shift into health and nutrition products was a surprising one, and while it does hit a lot of key categories, the formulas could have been a lot better. Gorilla Ultimate Pre-Workout and Pump Complex are very low-dosed, although Mass Gainer does all it needs to with a lot of protein and even more carbohydrates.

In this post, we’re covering Gorilla Ultimate Whey Protein, which is indeed a whey-based protein powder, and unlike the energy drink company’s pre-workouts and more like Mass Gainer, it sticks to the basics and does a reasonably good job. Every 36g serving has 27g of protein, all from whey concentrate; then you get 2.7g of fat, 3g of carbohydrates, and a moderate 145 calories, a bit higher than most whey-powered protein powders, but you are getting more protein than usual.

Gorilla Ultimate Whey Protein, again, it sticks to the script of what a whey protein powder should be, relying on classic whey concentrate, without any lesser source in there like collagen or soy, or even any free-form aminos for potential spiking. The protein innovation is one of the better offerings in the line of supplements from Gorilla Energy, and it’s available now in Russia in a Strawberry flavor in a standard 2lb tub size for precisely 25 servings, and it’s priced at ₽5,560 (69.84 USD).
