David has spent the summer finding creative ways to serve its incredibly and impressively lean Protein Ice Cream, teaming up with Pistakio, Drizzy, Poppi, and Josie Maran for limited-time creations at its New York Scoop Shop. Those fun and creative collaborations continue this weekend, with the brand offering something a little more traditional in the Protein Affogato, where a shot of espresso is poured directly over a scoop of David’s delicious dessert.
For the partnership, David has teamed up with the reputable Greenway Coffee Company, pairing the protein-packed ice cream with a shot of the roaster’s rich espresso. Assuming you get the same-sized scoop as David puts into its cones, the product will have 10g of protein and 70 to 90 calories. The special edition Protein Affogato is being served this weekend only, between 11AM and 3PM, exclusively at the David Scoop Shop on Leroy Street in New York.
