Rule One improves in a number of areas with its new Pre Train 2.0

Pre Train 2

It looks like we were right on the money with our guess at the new sequel supplement Rule One Proteins teased last week, as it has indeed turned out to be an updated version of the brand’s pre-workout Pre Train. The official title of the follow-up formula is like most with the simple addition of a number in Pre Train 2.0.

Pre Train vs Pre Train 2.0

While the latest product from Rule One is called Pre Train 2.0, it could get away with an entirely different name as it has very little in common with the original. We definitely don’t mean that in a bad way, just that the doses used in the sequel pre-workout are much bigger, with the supplement also swapping some not so common pre-workout ingredients for more energy and focus enhancers.

Overall Pre Train 2.0 is a pretty intense experience, promoting all of the effects you could want in a pre-workout. The supplement aims to increase energy and focus, as well as improved muscle pumps, strength, and overall performance.

New and improved formula

In terms of ingredients Rule One has done a relatively good job at packing out Pre Train 2.0. We would have preferred a better formula balance to give users the chance to double scoop, as some of the doses aren’t bad but would be kind of interesting at twice their amounts without the extra caffeine that’d come with it. It is also worth mentioning the brand does only recommend a maximum of one serving of Pre Train 2.0, per workout.

In total Rule One’s new Pre Train 2.0 features 12 different ingredients, all of which are transparently dosed. Making up the pre-workout is 3g of citrulline, 50% more than its predecessor, half a gram of agmatine, 2.4g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, a gram each of Nitrosigine and taurine, and twice as much betaine as the original with 2g.

Rounding out the formula is its energy and focus features with 600mg of n-acetyl l-tyrosine, half a gram of choline, 50mg each of theobromine and TeaCrine theacrine, and supplying its caffeine content you have 200mg of caffeine anhydrous and 100mg of Infinergy dicaffeine malate.

Available in 8 flavors and 2 sizes

Rule One has immediately made its new and improved pre-workout Pre Train 2.0 available through its website where it has a variety of options to choose from. Regarding flavors, there are eight on the menu including the creative recipes Star Pop and Candy Apple, with two sizes available in 25 and 50 servings priced at $35.99 and $59.99.
