A couple of weeks ago, we took the time to review each of Applied Nutrition’s Mystery Flavor ABEs, which are all branded and labeled the same but have five different flavors. We had our guesses at what they could be, including a deliciously sweet watermelon that felt like it had a touch of bubblegum. The UK brand has now shared what each of the flavors is, and we weren’t too far off on most of them.
The official list of options for Applied Nutrition’s Mystery Flavor ABEs is Cool Grape, Icy Blackcurrant, Fruit Salad, Coconut & Lime, and Strawberry Watermelon. It is the Strawberry Watermelon that we feel steals the show. We were close on the others picking up on the coconut, and referring to Cool Grape as icy grape, Icy Blackcurrant as a wild berry concoction, and Fruit Salad as a tropical cocktail.
While it is great that we now know exactly what Applied Nutrition has put together in its unique, limited edition Mystery Flavor ABEs, it’s still a lucky dip on which one you’re going to get if you grab a tub.
