GymBeam creates a family of pasta with only 7 calories in every 100g serving

GymBeam has followed in the footsteps of fellow European brands Rocka Nutrition and The Skinny Food Co, and come out with a family of functional pasta. Like those other two brands and the products they recently hit the market with, GymBeam’s pasta is made with konjac flour, giving it practically zero carbohydrates, fat, sugar, and calories.

The GymBeam pasta selection is available in four variants with Zero Spaghetti, Zero Rice, Zero Noodles, and Zero Fettuccine. They all come with only 2.6g of fiber per 100g and less than 200mg of carbohydrates, fat, and protein for a low-calorie count of 100. As mentioned, the line is made using konjac flour, which is the only real ingredient in the products.

GymBeam has Zero Spaghetti, Rice, Noodles, and Fettuccine, in stock now on its website with 385g bags of each variant priced at a very reasonable €2.50 (2.96 USD).
