Recently revamped MRE Bar releasing in a Red Velvet Cake flavor next month

Near the end of last year, two-time Brand Of The Year winner Redcon1, relaunched its tasty, wholesome, and long-running protein bar spin-off of MRE, with a handful of changes. The brand said it had improved both the overall taste and texture of the MRE Bar without any tweaks to its ingredients or nutrition profile, and gave it a colorful new look for each of its flavors.

Despite how recent the MRE Bar revamp was, coming about one and a half months ago, Redcon1 is already announcing an expansion to its menu with a tasty new flavor due to drop next month. The high-protein, real food snack currently has an impressive 12 flavors to choose from, including delicious options like German Chocolate Cake, S’mores, and Blueberry Cobbler.

Set to take Redcon1’s MRE Bar lineup to a total of 13 in early February, roughly three or four weeks away, is a classic baked treat in Red Velvet Cake. It’ll have the product’s usual 20g of protein per bar coming from whole food sources and be available for purchase first from redcon1.com at $34.99 for a box of 12.
