HTLT reveals the macros in its CICOBar packing 21g of protein and 200 calories

Htlt Cicobar Macros

Last week Greg Doucette’s HTLT revealed it has a protein bar on the way by the name of CICOBar, standing for Calories In Calories Out. The product is not yet available and still coming soon, although to keep interest building, we can now confirm its macros. Many of our favorite protein bars sit around 20 to 22g of protein and 200 to 220 calories, and it turns out HTLT’s debut snack fits right into that range.

The CICOBar from Greg Doucette and HTLT has just over that common 20g of protein per bar at 21g, an equal 21g of carbohydrates with 6g of that sugar and 11g fiber, 6g of fat, and a solid calorie count of 200. That nutrition profile belongs to what could be the one and only flavor the CICOBar has at launch in a classic Double Chocolate and knowing the brand’s approach, we have to imagine taste is on point.

With previews, teasers, and information continuing to roll in, while HTLT has still yet to set a release date or rough timeframe for the CICOBar, it’s looking like it’ll be here sooner rather than later. When Greg Doucette and his brand eventually drop their first-ever functional product, it’ll immediately be available for purchase directly through its official online store, where everything else has launched first.
