The limited-time, special edition version of Highkey’s Mini Cookies is specifically for the Lemon flavor of the product, which has been rebranded with a spring theme and touches of Easter. It has all of the same ingredients and nutrition as the original Lemon Mini Cookies, just a temporary makeover for spring, and you won’t find it at highkey.com or Amazon, as it is exclusive to the major mainstream retailer Target.
